PEVS is launching a new method to acknowledge the positive developments taking place in our district. This award will be given out monthly, and is intended to honor a parent, volunteer, staff member, or student who goes above and beyond for the benefit of our district and personifies the values of the "Panther State of Mind": do what is right, do your very best, and treat others how you would like to be treated.

How long have you been teaching? 29 years

How long have you been at Paulding Exempted Village? 27 years

What grade/subjects do you teach? 1st Grade    

What do you like to do outside of school? gardening, read, watch tv, spend time with family and friends

What positive changes have you seen while teaching? Better understanding of how students learn and how to help them

What are you looking forward to for the rest of this school year? Watching students learn and grow!

On Thursday, October 31 during the Oakwood and Paulding communities' annual trick or treat times, Paulding JH and HS students will be out trick or treating for FOOD PANTRY DONATIONS. These students may or may not be dressed up for Halloween, but they will be carrying around BECKS bright yellow reusable shopping bags for non-perishable donations. 

Whether you donate one item or 100, every donation is appreciated and will be given to the food bank in your community. Students participating will collect the donations and drop them off that night at the Caring is Sharing Food Bank or the Oakwood Fire Department before 8:30pm.
